Who We Are

We are a full service acute and preventive Patient Centered Medical Home in Midcoast Maine. We have developed a team care model to provide you with excellent, compassionate and evidence based care for newborns through end of life care. It is our privilege to provide medical care for you and your family.

What We Provide

Our in-office services include acute care appointments, routine physical exams, wellness visits, chronic disease management, preoperative consults, dermatologic procedures, orthopedic procedures, pap smears, contraception counseling and treatment (IUD and nexplanon placement and removal), LGBTQIA2+ informed care, end of life counseling, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, substance use disorder treatment, joint injections, lab services and urinalysis.
